- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pre-made pie crusts
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain the fat.
Add carrots, potatoes, peas, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Put flour over the filling and stir. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
Put one pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Fill it with the beef mixture.
