- 3/4 cup sugar granulated or coconut sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat Oven & Prep Pan – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper.
